Qualification and Experience: Graduation/Masters in Finance with Minimum 5 years of Relevant experience.
On Risk Management side, preparation of all legal documents such as Trust deeds, offering documents and their approvals from trustee and SECP.
As a Head of Risk, main duties pertaining to Risk includes:
a. Identify and define Risk
b. Risk measurement and Management
On Compliance Side, Execute the Compliance program and carry field work to find out any instances of possible of breaches in the selected business area
Qualification and Experience: CA qualified with More than 5 to 8 years of financial experience and management experience with the day to day financial operations of an Organization.
Candidates holding experience from financial sector specially from banking sector and AMC will be preferred.
